Our Shipping Promise
We know that when you're ordering the Ember™, you need it before your next cycle — not three weeks from now. Every order is dispatched quickly, tracked from our door to yours, and protected against loss or damage in transit.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate dispatch email with your tracking link when your order ships
- During promotional periods or launches, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days — we will communicate any delays via email
Shipping Destination
We currently ship to the United States only.
We are working on expanding to additional countries in the near future. If you are outside the US, join our waitlist at veleeria.com to be notified when we ship to your region.

There is only one shipping option at checkout — free tracked and protected shipping on every order, no minimum spend required.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery in real time.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Duties & Taxes
All prices displayed on our Site are in USD. US customers are not charged any additional duties or taxes upon delivery — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@veleeria.com as quickly as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Every order is shipped with full tracking and transit protection. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your dispatch date, please contact us at support@veleeria.com.
We will investigate immediately. If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Damaged in Transit
If your Ember™ arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the outer packaging and the product
- Contact us at support@veleeria.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photos
We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately. You will not be required to return the damaged item.
PO Boxes
We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required at checkout.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Veleeria is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Your statutory rights are not affected.
